Shipping Costs Orders
Shipping costs are non-refundable once they have been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Currency conversion fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.
Our policy is valid for 7 days. If your order has been delivered for 7 days, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
You must have purchased your product from our official website www.twitots.com
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Before returning any item, please contact service@twitots.com and we will guide you through the process.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If the refund request is approved, we will refund the item price and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $35, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
