Description
The 3-burner Genesis E-325, with extra-large sear zone, delivers legendary Weber quality, performance and durability in a grill you can rely on to make outdoor cooking for family and friends easy and enjoyable. The PureBlu burner system sets this grill apart from the pack – featuring unique, tapered burner tubes that generate consistent pressure and flames and deliver even heat across the grilling surface. Flames are directed above the raised gas ports, while debris falls below, minimizing clogging and ensuring the grill lights every time.

Happy with my choice after doing a fair amount of research. Sear zone works very well, makes for high end steakhouse taste & appearance. It’s built like a tank, its weight & materials just oozes quality. I purchased the carbon steel griddle insert which adds to the versatility. Note—griddle weighs a ton! You won’t regret your purchase!

The grill reaches high temps very quickly after startup, it is recommended to lower temps to mid level for the entire cooking time after warm up. The sear zone feature is wonderful for steaks grilling but it needs close monitoring, limit its use for only a minute, otherwise you’re overcooking and drying out the meat. The full size cast iron griddle is the best accessory that is perfect for smash burgers.

Replaced a 2000 Genesis Silver II (yes, 25 years old!) with the Genesis E-325 and it’s all I had hoped it would be. Heats extremely quick and evenly. Sear feature is great for steaks. I’ve also purchased a griddle accessory that fits the Weber Crafted frame kit and love how quick I can go from large grill to decent size griddle. Over all it’s a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful product but new innovation is that all 4 burners have to be lit individually with the automatic igniter. This is different than any other Weber I’ve owned (x25years) and not sufficiently emphasized in the Manuel , which is in small micro print!!!!
