Returns & Exchanges:
- You can return or exchange all orders within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original labels included.
Return & Exchange Process:
Step 1:
Contact our customer service team at twitots@outlook.com to request a return/exchange form.
Step 2:
Follow the instructions on the form to carefully pack and ship the item back to us.
Step 3:
a) Refunds: Once we receive and verify your returned package, we will process your refund. If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
b) Exchanges: Once we confirm the returned package, we will promptly ship out the exchanged item to you.
Cancellation Policy:
- We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, sometimes even within a few hours.
- If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, which covers handling and restocking fees.
- If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. We hope for your understanding.
